Yes, many of our services, including our peer support community on Discord and our educational resources, are free. Some workshops and specialized programs may have a fee, but we strive to make our services as accessible as possible.

Our peer support community on Discord provides a safe and welcoming space where members can share their experiences, seek advice, and offer support to one another. It's a non-judgmental environment focused on building connections and fostering empathy. We offer both 1 on 1 support as well as group based discussion depending on your preferences.
